Placing an order

You can place your order easily and quickly through our online store

Find the product(s) you want on the Blery Cosmetics website
Select the product you require and press ‘Add to Cart’
Once you’ve added all of the items you require to your cart, select checkout option
You will be asked to input your shipping & billing details
Review your order to ensure all items & details are correct
Press ‘Place Order’
You will then receive an order confirmation via email to the email address provided at the time of ordering
In the unlikely circumstance you are unable to fulfill your order for whatever reason, feel free to contact us in order to help you

Remember to check your basket and delivery information to ensure your order is correct before pressing the ‘Place Your Order’ button, as we may not be able to amend your order once it has been submitted.

1.1 Blery Cosmetics RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REJECT OR CANCEL YOUR ORDER FULFILLMENT OF ALL ORDERS ON THE BLERY WEBSITE. WE EXPLICITLY RESERVE THE RIGHT NOT TO ACCEPT YOUR ORDER FOR ANY OF THE FOLLOWING REASONS:

The product is not available / in stock
Your billing information is not correct or not verifiable
Your order has been suspected of fraudulent activity
Force Majeure
In the event of misspelling, pricing or other errors or mistakes in the website information
1.2 DATA CHECK

We may run some checks on your details before we ship your order. These checks may include verifying your address and payment details linked to your order. Any orders found to be made under fraudulent pretenses will be followed up with an investigation.

We currently do not ship to: USA, Cambodia, Cayman Islands, Cuba, Crimea Region Russia , Ukraine , Iran, Myanmar, North Korea, Venezuela, Pakistan, Lebanon, Russian Federation, Syria, Kuwait, Kosovo, Yemen, Guadeloupe, Réunion, Martinique, St. Barthélemy, St. Martin, St. Pierre and Miquelon and Northern Marianas Islands.

WHAT IS CUSTOMS DUTY? 

Goods - such as the cosmetics products you buy - can't simply be shipped freely from country to country. When goods are imported into a different country or customs territory, there is a charge called Customs Duty that must apply. This is charged by the local customs authority where the goods are being imported into.

If Customs Duty is payable to your territory, you'll be responsible for paying it to the authorities, so Blery Cosmetics isn't involved in this process. Whether Customs Duty is payable, and by how much, depends on a whole lot of different things. For example, many countries have a 'low value threshold' below which they do not charge any Customs Duty.

If you do have to pay Customs Duty though, the amount payable is usually calculated based on the value of the goods and the type of goods being imported.

COUNTRIES YOU WON’T NEED TO PAY CUSTOMS DUTY FOR:

UK, Switzerland & EU.

As soon as your order has been fulfilled, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email titled "Your order is on the way". You will then be able to track your order through the tracking link on the email. If you haven't received an email yet, not to worry! Your order will usually take around 24-48 hours to be dispatched. 

*Please note, tracking can take around 24-48 hours to update after dispatch
