If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return any unopened and unused items to us within 14 days of receipt.
Each change must be made within 14 days of the date of receipt, with the purchase receipt accompanying the product. The products to be shipped will have to be returned intact in their packaging without being opened or assembled – and the products to be purchased should be of equal or greater value.
In the event of a change, all shipping costs are charged to our customer.
Please note that we are unable to accept returns on brushes and cosmetics that has been used due to hygiene reasons.

b.Return the product to us in the same condition it was received and if possible with all packaging
c.Once we have received the returned goods, we will email you to inform you of this, and inspect the goods within 2-5 business days. If we consider any returned product to have been used or washed or labels are missing or removed, we may reject the return and not give a refund.
You should obtain and keep proof of postage in case you need it as evidence that you have returned the product to us as the returned products are your responsibility until they arrive at our warehouse.
Please note: Blery Cosmetics will only reimburse the cost of the products and not any postage or shipping fees.
